Rescheduling of the courses
All the start dates mentioned for the programs are indicative only. The courses are from premium institutes and can be rescheduled by Ivory Education for a period not exceeding 12 months due to any reason. No interest, penalty or refund will be allowed for the rescheduling.
In case a program does not commence within 12 months of proposed commencement date then it will be deemed to be postponed and the candidates will be given an option to join another program or avail a credit that can be offset against future programs.
The students will need to submit an undertaking for cancellation of their selection.
Cancellation by the Student
There are times when students decide to opt out of programs. This can be due to several reasons. The following shall be applicable for cancellation:
- No refund will be possible once the program has commenced. In case a student opts out of the program after commencement then no refunds will be made available. No partial refunds will be allowed.
- In case the request for refund is received 30 days before the commencement date, 50% of the fee will be forfeited towards cancellation charges and the rest will be refunded.
- In case a student is unable to continue in the current batch, he can seek a transfer in the next batch provided this request is made within 15 days of the commencement of the program. A penalty of 15% will be applicable over these transfers. These transfers can be allowed only if the institute allows.
Cancellation of the course
In case a course is cancelled due to any reason the students will invited to apply for a refund. The students will need to submit an undertaking and 100% amount, including application and campus fee, will be refunded within 90 days of the receipt of this undertaking. No refund will be payable for any other cost under any circumstances.
